Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to install and use our applications for their intended purposes, subject to the applicable license agreement and the terms of the relevant app store.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Trademarks

The names, logos, icons, product identities, and branding associated with our applications may be trademarks or trade dress belonging to Ben Refael.

Nothing on this website or within our applications grants permission to use these marks without prior written authorization. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-Party Materials

Some applications may contain third-party software, open-source components, fonts, media, trademarks, or other materials. Those materials remain subject to the rights and license terms of their respective owners.
